Fun at the Chiropractor

Caitlin is very good at many things, but one thing she is great at has always been finding ways to entertain herself. Last week, she decided that Hawaii would be a nice place to be during spring break... so she laid herself out under a light, on a nice beach mat, sunglasses and all.



Today at Dr. Mindy's office she made do with a large basket and a blanket.

Goofy girl? Yes. My girl? Yes.

Eating Adventures

Caitlin loves mac and cheese. She gets a little impatient sometime. I was so proud of her when she ate a lot of my pho when we went to Lee Noodle. The place is actually pretty close to my work place. Eugene and I are glad she is slowly expanding and willing to try new food beside mac and cheese and chicken nuggets. Of course, desserts are her ultimate favorite thing to eat. =)

Horsey Ride

Caitlin got on the adjusting horsey at our chiropractic office. She was just having a great time while waiting for us to be adjusted. I just had to share.

We continue to use our family pass to Happy Hallow on a Saturday. Then we went and took Caitlin to her first model home visit by ourselves in our neighborhood. Here's a picture of her in a car inside one of the model homes. =)

Chef Caitlin's Kitchen

Caitlin got a lovely chef apron and hat from Auntie Alison for her birthday. She loves it! Caitlin has been dragging mainly Daddy to be the customer or chef for these past 5 days. Finally, I got the honor to be the Chef Mommy today, and Caitlin wanted to be the customer. Here's some pictures of her playing around in her kitchen when she first got into cooking.

Terrible 3's

I have to say terrible 3's is worse than terrible 2's. I am still trying to see when this stage ends. I'm trying to enjoy the good girl versus the bad girl days. Sigh..... This past weekend our little trouble maker threw a lot of screaming fits. She refused to use her words. She is refusing to follow all our directions. We just take deep breaths and be consistent with our consequences. We talk to her more when Caitlin calms down. I was told it might last until she is 4 years old. I think it's time for Caitlin to head to preschool. In the mean time, we will be preschool hunting at the end of the month. I hope we find a good one with reasonable prices for full-time and part-time.
