Boot Fetish

Boots have become Caitlin's new and latest fad in her clothing ensemble. She loves her new, light blue boots that I got her last weekend. Today she wants to wear her fuzzy, magenta boots. Cay Cay is all about the being princess or looking good. I think we will have to teach her how to dress nicely and shop wisely at the same time, or we will be in deep trouble with lack of funds in her teen years.

Die Hard Disney Fan!

Suddenly, Caitlin has taken up Tinkerbell. She loves the clothing and accessories to go with it. I'm quite surprise myself. Nope! Little munchkin has not abandoned her princess dolls at all. Caitlin loves ALL of princess things. She can name it all. I guess it does not help that she got a lot of princess clothing, accessories, dolls, etc for her birthday and Christmas.

Happy New Year 2011!

Here are our first 2011 moments during New Year's Day. I got my favorite Beard Papa Cream Puffs and cheesecake sticks to celebrate Daddy's birthday and the new year. Daddy loves cheesecakes generally, but Cay Cay and I love the strawberries the most! I did share my cream puffs with everyone. =) We wish everyone a healthy, joyous and exciting new year!

Holiday Evening in San Francisco

We went to San Francisco to have holiday dinner with my parents on the day before Christmas Eve. We went to look at the holiday evening lights in my childhood neighborhoods. We got some cute pictures in the Fairmont Hotel on Nob Hill. The lights are still the way I remember growing up. It was nice time chatting and hanging out with PoPo and GungGung. Caitlin had a great time!

Haircut for the Holidays!

Just after Caitlin's birthday party, Anna and I brought Cay Cay to get a haircut. It is always nice to have a change, and Caitlin's long hair was always getting into knots and tangles.

The haircut turned out really well, although Caitlin seems to have inherited Anna's fine hair, and it still gets into the occasional tangle. Caitlin, of course has no problem with her hair... It's a lot lighter and it is a lot of fun to whip her hair around!

3rd Birthday Party

We had Caitlin's birthday a little earlier this year. It was a nice gathering! Caitlin had a nice time hanging out with little friends and learning to use her words. The biggest goal and challenge for Caitlin during the party was to share and play nicely. The adults had a nice time catching up, too.

Christmas In The Park

Caitlin went to her 2nd annual trip to Christmas In The Park. She loved the lights and the wishing well, near the big Christmas tree. We had a good time time and joined Auntie Cindi, her 2 teen daughters, Kylie and Lexi, Auntie Jaimi and her toddler, Addy, briefly at the park.
