The Kayla & Caitlin Team

It was adorable watching Kayla and Caitlin hanging out one more time. Mia is getting so big, too. We had some really good Mexican food in Gilroy for lunch. We wish the Hongs a safe journey back to Singapore. We can't wait for them to come back to the States , or we just have to head over to Singapore. =)

Pool Time!

We spent an afternoon with Bryan, Jamie and Tommy. Daddy and Caitlin went swimming in the pool with Uncle Bryan, Auntie Jamie, and Tommy. I had the best role. I got to take pictures of them! They had lots of fun. The adults got to catch up and spend time with each other, too.

Caitlin's 1st Time Out of the Country

This is Caitlin's first time out of States. She loves the airport and plane rides. Caitlin enjoyed her bonding time with MaMa and YeYe and got to know Tai Po, Grand Aunt Hannah, Grand Aunt Katherine and Grand Aunt Lydia. We had lots of Vancouver Chinese food and visited Hong Kong style malls over in the city of Richmond. We did some sightseeing like Granville Island, Queen Elizabeth park, Vancouver downtown and Chinatown.

1st Professional Haircut

Yesterday, we took Caitlin to get her first professional haircut for children. I found out I really did a bad job on cutting her bangs last time. I cut a little too much. Caitlin was a trooper. She enjoyed her ride on the pink car, watched Strek on the TV and played on the indoor playground equipment and houses after the haircut session. =)

Bath Towels

Caitlin has been having too much fun with her bath towels. She has a duckie one, which she got as a gift for Christmas from Uncle Bryan and Auntie Jamie. I got her a pink princess towel that Cay Cay picked herself, which we got from the Sunnyvale Arts and Crafts Fair last weekend.

Summer Time!

It's our first day with Caitlin at home. Since I had a half day teacher training, Daddy got to spend the morning with Cay Cay alone. We went out for lunch and ran some errands. I bumped into one of my former students at Baby R Us. Cay Cay was stuck on princess toys, kitchen sets, train tracks and toy tools. I got her a princess pull-up dress and Kai Lan toy set on clearance sale. The rest of the other items were necessities from Baby R Us side. Yes.....I'm spoiling my child just a little. =)

A Nice Day in Chinatown

It's finally getting really warm now and starting to feel a little bit like regular spring. I think everyone is ready for summer weather and vacation. We went up to eat and visit my parents in Chinatown. Caitlin got to bond some more with GungGung and PoPo. Getting a good group picture with munchkin is quite tricky nowadays.
